Andrew McGee has been a member of the Kings Chambers Costs Team since 2004. He has extensive experience of the costs process, having appeared in well over 100 Detailed Assessments as well as in many cases involving points of principle going back to the old 2000 Regulations and now extending to issues arising under the Jackson Reforms.

He is also experienced at negotiating settlements of costs disputes, both at the court door and at an earlier stage of the process.

He has completed the Fast Track process to qualify as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is interested in both Arbitration and Mediation as a means of resolving costs disputes.
