CADR panel members are available to be appointed as expert witnesses in litigation involving costs.
The fees will reflect the seniority and experience of the expert and must be agreed with the Registrar and paid in advance.
On appointment, the expert will provide an expert opinion and, if required, give evidence in court as well attending any pre-trial conferences if instructed to do so.
